What were your top 5 TV shows of 2006?
Hmm, I'd have to say.
- Battlestar Galactica
- Heroes
- Doctor Who
- Robin Hood
- House
Yep there's a lot of sci-fi there, though I dunno if you'd call Heroes sci-fi. But one show on that list doesn't even show up in US channels. LOL. Robin Hood, the BBC production is a really interesting take on the old story. I rather like it and it's fun. Go catch it on BitTorrent if you can. :)
I used to LOVE LOVE LOVE House, but as of this last season with the cop, it's been a chore to watch the series. I hope they finish up that story arc and get back to the show already. If not I may just stop watching it...
Though I suffered through the entire first season (and half of the second) of Enterprise, so you know I can take a lot of pain. X-/
And of course Battlestar Galactica, the remake of the sci-fi classic doesn't disappoint. Frankly, it is the best show, sci-fi or otherwise on TV right now.

This picture was taken in 2005 when I went to Shanghai, China for vacation with my parents. It was just awesome. :)
How did you pick your Vox name? Does it mean something?
Submitted by LeendaDLL.
Funny enough, my first post explains why I choose my Vox name.
I first met her at the anime convention, Ani-Magic oh so long ago. Was it 2002? I think it was my first year cosplaying and my first year at that convention. It was also her first time there.
We ran into each other because we were both wearing Final Fantasy costumes and we just sort of started talking. We kept in touch after that and even met up during on Thanksgiving when we were both in the same place at the same time.
Sadly we lost touch for a while, almost 3 years. We finally saw each other again in person, this year at Ani-Magic. She called it our anniversary. LOL
I guess it is of sorts? We met there and became friends there and after a long hiatus we met up with each other again. Hopefully it won't be another 4 years before see each other again. :)
How did you meet your best friend(s)?
Most of my best friends I've met through various, geeky hobbies. The friend I've known the longest I met when she was still in Australia and I was in the US. We met over in an X-Files channel on IRC, #xf.
God how much more geeky can you get?
It still goes on till this day, I'm meeting a lot of people online, but mostly I solidify my friendships by actually meeting them in person. Usually at a convention or gathering or something.
I guess I can't outgrow my early geek. :)
What TV show(s) will you be watching this season? Why?
Submitted by ducnly.vox.com.
House of course. I LOVE LOVE LOVE House.
Also been watching NCIS, CSI, The Unit and I'm looking forward to watching Heroes. Been reading some really interesting things about that show. Not really that many new shows I'm interested in.
Basically whatever I can watch by downloading it off of BitTorrent. :)
What's your favorite vacation destination?
Japan!
I love going there for the people watching, the food, the shopping and the technology! Getting around is really easy via their really efficient subways.
OMG the food, even for someone who can't read Japanese food was easy to find, affordable and just damned good. Also for such a gadget freak like myself, I can never get enough shopping at Akihabara. Shopping is amazing too since clothes there are so trendy and actually fits me. Here in the States it's actually hard to find that fit me properly.
Ok, enough of me babbling. :)
What's your favorite foreign accent?
There's just something about a British accent. It just makes the person sound smarter, more sophisticated and all of that, even if they aren't. No offense to any British people out there. ;-)
